Casa Sansevera Lucca

John was the best host ever. The whole vibe was quiet.

We stayed mid-April at Casa Sansevera for two weeks, using it as a base to explore the surrounding area by train. The apartment had stunning views of the sunrise in the kitchen and sunset from the bedrooms. It was well equipped and nicely furnished, with everything we could possibly need. Despite the train line being close by, we didn't hear any noise. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the city walls and all the attractions. The hosts, Paola and John, were welcoming and provided excellent care and attention to detail. We especially appreciated the comfortable bedding, great air conditioning, and the abundance of local information and recommendations.

Great hosts, easy communication, exceptional property. Clean, well-appointed and beautifully decorated. Christmas decorations were a nice touch. Provided groceries for dinner. Fantastic location. Highly recommend.

The apartment at Casa Sansevera Lucca had everything I needed for a comfortable stay: two bedrooms, a flat-screen TV, and an equipped kitchen with a microwave and fridge. It felt like a cozy home away from home! The washing machine in the apartment was a game-changer for me as a budget traveler. It allowed me to pack light and do my laundry whenever I needed to. So convenient! I loved the private entrance of the apartment. It made me feel like I had my own little space in the heart of Lucca. It added an extra layer of privacy and security to my stay.

While the apartment had an equipped kitchen, I would have loved to see a few more cooking utensils and supplies. However, this is just my personal preference, and others might still find it sufficient for their needs.

Had a great Easter stay in a modern apartment. Fantastic location, super close to the train station and just a short walk to the city center. The apartment was spotless and had thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. The hosts were kind and welcoming, giving us a guided tour upon arrival. Definitely a place we would choose again.

Couldn't find any negatives, it was the perfect Easter getaway!

The location of the apartment is excellent, just a short walk from the train station and the city center. The convenience of being close to public transportation makes it easy to explore nearby cities and attractions. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with tasteful decor that creates a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, the hosts are welcoming and provide thoughtful touches to make guests feel at home, such as welcome gifts and well-stocked kitchen supplies.

Occasional noise from neighboring apartments may be bothersome to those sensitive to sound.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and had a fresh and elegant feel to it. The hosts were pretty good by providing us with fresh water and fruit, as well as organic toiletries and high-quality linens. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the historical center. We felt so comfortable and welcomed.
